Who can scan my tags?

Anyone can scan the QR code on your ID card or wearable tags. You control what information is shared and can approve access requests from your phone.

How much is it and can I cancel?

Scan & Go Membership is $14.95/mo for a 12-month term, billed today and then monthly. Cancel anytime from your account.

How fast will I get everything?

Digital access to your Verify.Dog profile and pet passport typically activates shortly after you join. Physical items—your ID card and wearable tags—are prepared and shipped to the address you provide.

Can I add more than one pet?

Yes. You can add pets to your Verify.Dog profile. Each dog can have tags and a digital passport under your account.

Is this an ESA letter or service dog registration?

No. Scan & Go Membership is your digital verification and recovery toolkit. ESA letters and service dog registration are separate products if you need those documents.
